3. Rhythm & Roots Reunion – Bristol, TN/VA

4. IBMA World of Bluegrass 2025 – Chattanooga, TN
Chattanooga, TN will be the new host for the nation’s largest, mega–bluegrass event. While this festival may be among the youngest in our line-up (established in 2022), that doesn’t mean it can’t compete with the big guns in Southeast Americana music festivals. Founded with a goal of shining a spotlight on a region of Virginia that has struggled due to coal mining jobs shrinking, this music event aims to revitalize the area through the best that the bluegrass world has to offer.
From October 8-12, get ready to enjoy the strains of Rhonda Vincent & The Rage, The Isaacs, Lonesome River Band, Beth Snapp, Ed Snodderly, Ralph Stanley II & The Clinch Mountain Boys, Blue Highway, Dark Moon Hollow, and dozens more artists. Writers rounds are also a staple of this growing festival.

11. CaveFest – Pelham, Tennessee

The Caverns, situated at Monteagle Mountain’s base in Pelham, Tennessee, has emerged as one of America’s most sought-after performance venues and serves as the backdrop for the television series “Bluegrass Underground,” now called “The Cavern’s Sessions” to reflect its expanded musical scope beyond bluegrass.
